The goal of the CDSM is to encourage, equip, and serve the churches and leaders
of the Central District as they build ministries that lead students to follow Jesus.
We care about students! Central District Student Ministries (CDSM) exists to encourage, equip, and serve the churches and leaders in the Central District as they build ministries that lead students to follow Jesus. We value the full time, part time, and volunteer leaders who are passionate about the discipleship of youth in their churches and communities.
Regardless of where you're located in the Central District, our CDSM staff are here to help you to understand how to build an effective disciple-making ministry that invites students to:
- Meet Jesus
- Grow in Jesus
- Serve Jesus, and
- Lead others towards Jesus
Tim Olson, who serves on the District Board of Directors, and Brent Thomas, CDSM Ministries Director, along with the entire CDSM Support Team, are here to help you understand and grow your ministry. There is always an open invitation for any youth pastor or volunteer leader to join us at any of the “every six week” morning meetings. These gatherings are always followed by lunch to build relationships while discussing and planning ministry.
CDSM has two major district-wide events each year, Impact and Winter Blast. You'll find more information on these as well as other training events and details on how to contact the CDSM team for help with your church ministry at the CDSM website.
