Church Planting Process
The Central District Church Planting Missionaries (CPMs) have broken the Church Planting Process into three steps: Project, Plant, New Church.
The CPM works with people side-by-side during the first two stages of the process, the Project and Plant stages. When the final stage is achieved and a New Church has been formed, leadership will be in place and a Pastor will be called to replace the CPM.
At this point the CPM will move on to assist another group and will serve more as consultant.
